Pet Friendly Condos
In general most condos allow cats and dogs. There can be however, restrictions on the breed, number of pets or size so it is recommended you check with the home owners association or Management Company regarding their current pet policy.
It is advisable to read the rules and regulations as each building varies.
Here are some examples of rules and regulations that may apply.
· Pets must be licensed with the City of Seattle and be current with their vaccinations.
· While in common areas of the building they must be kept on lease or in a carrier at all times.
· Food containers and litter boxes must be kept within the confines of the owners unit and are restricted from being placed common areas.
· Pets are restricted from landscaped areas; owners are required to clean up after their pets.
· Owners are and are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
